1 Microwave Instructions
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Drain chicken, pat dry, and separate pieces.
Combine chicken base, flour, and tomatoes in provided tray. Stir in black garlic seasoning, black beans and their liquid, poblanos (use less if spice-averse), bacon, and half the crème fraîche (reserve remaining for garnish) until combined. Stir in 3/4 cup water.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until poblanos have softened and broth slightly thickens, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add chicken and stir to combine.Cover tray again with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until chicken is heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir to combine.To serve, garnish with cheese and remaining crème fraîche. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Drain chicken, pat dry, and separate pieces.

Bake uncovered in hot oven until broth is bubbling and thickened and chicken is heated through, 7-10 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir to combine.To serve, garnish with cheese and remaining crème fraîche. Bon appétit!
