Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

prepare the ingredients
Halve grape tomatoes.
Coarsely chop pickles.
Trim and cut white portions of green onion into 1" lengths. Thinly slice green portions. Keep white and green portions separate.
cook the pork
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add 1 tsp. olive oil, ground pork, white portions of green onions, tomato, seasoned salt blend, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan
Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees , 5-7 minutes.
assemble the wraps
Place a lettuce cup on a clean work surface (or layer two cups for extra crunch and structural support). Fill with a few spoonfuls of pork mixture and top with cheese. Repeat for about five more lettuce cups.
