Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.
Combine broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil and seasoned salt in provided tray. Spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
2 Add the Pork Chops
Carefully remove tray from oven.
Pat pork chops dry, and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Move broccoli to one side of tray and add pork chops to empty side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Top pork chops evenly with goat cheese (crumbling with your hands, if needed) and walnuts. -
3 Finish the Dish
Roast again until broccoli is tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-18 minutes.
Transfer pork chops to a plate and top with cherries. Drizzle broccoli with balsamic glaze. Bon appétit!
