Recipe Steps

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if needed. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.

    Thoroughly combine pork, seasoning blend, and ricotta in bottom of provided tray. Divide into 6 equal-sized pieces and roll into meatballs.

    Place meatballs around border of provided tray.

    Assemble the Dish

    Add pasta to center of tray and spread into an even layer (fill spaces between meatballs with pasta).

    Place fajita mix on top of pasta.

    Drizzle vegetables with demi-glace and top evenly with marinara sauce.

    Gently pour 1 cup water onto vegetables and pasta.

    Top entire dish evenly with mozzarella.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until pasta is cooked and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 30-35 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven and let cool slightly, 5 minutes.

    Sprinkle dish with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
