Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

  • If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 30-35 minutes.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine broccoli, red bell peppers, buttermilk-dill seasoning, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt in provided tray. Push to one side.

    Add the Meatloaves

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine marinara, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt. Microwave until melted and heated through, 30-45 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.

    Finely crush crackers.

    Thoroughly combine ground pork, crushed crackers, and half the garlic salt (remaining is yours to use as you please!) in a mixing bowl.

    Form pork mixture into two evenly-sized loaves and place in empty side of tray. Top loaves with sauce.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Transfer loaves to a plate and rest, 3 minutes.

    To serve, top meatloaf with sauce from tray. Stir butter into vegetables until melted. Bon appétit!
