Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Start the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Combine broccoli, bell peppers, buttermilk-dill seasoning, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt in provided tray. Massage oil and seasoning into vegetables. Cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork and garlic salt and thoroughly combine. Form pork mixture into two evenly-sized loaves.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Push vegetables to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place loaves in now-empty side of tray. -
3 Bake Meal and Make Sauce
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine marinara, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until melted and heated through, 30-45 seconds.Carefully remove sauce from microwave and tray from oven. Stir sauce to combine. Transfer loaves to a plate and top with sauce. Rest, 3 minutes.To serve, stir butter into vegetables until melted and combined. Bon appétit!
