  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Chicken 165° F |

  1. 1

    Broil the Vegetables

Stem, seed, remove ribs, and cut green bell pepper into four pieces.

Place potatoes on one half of prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer on one side.

Add green bell pepper to empty side. Broil under hot broiler until peppers are charred and tender, 10-14 minutes. Keep an eye on the broiler! Check vegetables halfway through cook time to avoid burning.

    While vegetables broil, cook burgers.

  2. 2

    Cook the Burgers

Season ground pork with 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Form into four equally-sized patties.

Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Working in batches if necessary, add buns to hot pan, cut side down, and toast until golden brown, 2-3 minutes.

    Remove buns to a plate.

Add patties to hot pan and cook until patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.

    Remove from burner.

  3. 3

    Make the Slaw

Thoroughly combine slaw mix, sour cream, seasoning blend, and 2 tsp. olive oil in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Finish the Dish

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing green bell pepper on bottom bun and topping with patty, slaw, and top bun. Bon appétit!
