1 Broil the Vegetables
Stem, seed, remove ribs, and cut green bell pepper into four pieces.
Place potatoes on one half of prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer on one side.Add green bell pepper to empty side. Broil under hot broiler until peppers are charred and tender, 10-14 minutes. Keep an eye on the broiler! Check vegetables halfway through cook time to avoid burning.While vegetables broil, cook burgers. -
2 Cook the Burgers
Season ground pork with 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Form into four equally-sized patties.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Working in batches if necessary, add buns to hot pan, cut side down, and toast until golden brown, 2-3 minutes.Remove buns to a plate.Add patties to hot pan and cook until patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Remove from burner. -
3 Make the Slaw
Thoroughly combine slaw mix, sour cream, seasoning blend, and 2 tsp. olive oil in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing green bell pepper on bottom bun and topping with patty, slaw, and top bun. Bon appétit!
