Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    toast buns

    Place medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp oil. Place buns in pan 30-60 seconds or until lightly toasted.

    Cook Pork

    Place a large non-sick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil Add sliced pork to pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes. Remove from heat. Add teriyaki glaze and stir.

    Cook Potatoes

    Large non-stick pan medium-high heat. Add 2 tsp olive oil and potatoes to pan. Cook stirring occasionally or until lightly browned on all sides 3-5 minutes.Reduce heat to medium and add 2 tbs water to pan and cover to cook until tender 3-4 minutes. Remove lid and cook until water has evaporated. Season with seasoning blend.

    Assemble sandwich

    Combine mayo, miso, and 1 tsp water. Spread on slider buns and add pork, cabbage.PAP
