Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Chicken 165° F |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add pasta, peas, garlic salt, sauce, and 2 tsp olive oil in provided pan. Push to one side.

    Add Turkey

    Mix ground turkey, panko, mayo, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper in mixing bowl until completely combined. Form into six equally-sized meatballs. Add to empty side of tray.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake covered in a hot oven for 15-17 minutes. Remove foil cover and continue to bake until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and stir to combine. Top with cheese. Bon appétit!"
