1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Add carrots and 2 Tbsp. water to provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until carrots are tender, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add pot roast and juices to tray and break into bite-size pieces using your hands (or two forks). Add flour, pot roast seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, demi-glace, and 1/2 cup water. Thoroughly combine.Drain potatoes and pat dry. Add potatoes and peas. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave until soup thickens slightly, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave.To serve, top with crème fraîche and butter crackers (crumbling if desired). Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

Add pot roast and juices to tray and break into bite-size pieces using your hands (or two forks). Add flour, pot roast seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, demi-glace, and 1/2 cup water. Thoroughly combine.Drain potatoes and pat dry. Add potatoes and peas. Cover with foil. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake again covered in hot oven until soup is bubbling, 10-12 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top with crème fraîche and butter crackers (crumbling if desired). Bon appétit!
