Cooking Guidelines

Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add broccoli medley, Brussels, and 2 tablespoons water to provided tray. Cover and bake in a hot oven for 12 minutes.

Make The Meatloaves
Add turkey, crushed saltines, mayo, seasoning blend, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper to a mixing bowl until completely combined. Form turkey mixture into two equally-sized ovals.
Carefully remove from oven and add garlic salt and toss to combine. Push mixture to one side.Add loaves to empty side of tray. -
Make The Sauce and Finish The Dish
Add cornstarch, demi, and 1/4 cup water to a microwave safe bowl until completely combined. Cover and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir to combine.
Continue to bake in a hot oven until vegetables are tender and loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes. Top vegetables with cheese.
