Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add broccoli medley, Brussels, and 2 tablespoons water to provided tray. Cover and bake in a hot oven for 12 minutes.

    Make The Meatloaves

    Add turkey, crushed saltines, mayo, seasoning blend, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper to a mixing bowl until completely combined. Form turkey mixture into two equally-sized ovals. Carefully remove from oven and add garlic salt and toss to combine. Push mixture to one side. Add loaves to empty side of tray.

    Make The Sauce and Finish The Dish

    Add cornstarch, demi, and ¼ cup water to a microwave safe bowl until completely combined. Cover and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir to combine. Continue to bake in a hot oven until vegetables are tender and loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes. Top vegetables with cheese.
