1 Microwave Instructions
Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.
Drain pot roast and separate into bite-sized pieces. Tear spinach.In provided tray, combine pot roast, marinara, 2 Tbsp. water, mushroom seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until sauce starts to bubble, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add spinach, pasta, and half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish).Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave again covered until pasta and pot roast are heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave.To serve, garnish with remaining cheese and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.

Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake again covered in hot oven until pasta and pot roast are heated through, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, garnish with remaining cheese and red pepper flakes (to taste).
