Amatriciana sounds super complicated and fancy, but don't worry: it really just boils down to being sauce. Very tasty sauce, with green onion and tomatoes, among other things, combining to bringing tantalizing tastes to this pasta. And did we mention this meal has prosciutto? You may not be able to spell this meal (we can't!) but you'll still love the flavors.
