    Place butternut squash, fajita mix, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper in the pan. Toss to combine, Top vegetable mixture with pulled pork, then enchilada sauce, and finishing with jack cheese, Roast in a hot oven until butternut squash is tender and pork is heated through, 20 minutes. Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping with sour cream and tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
