Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Chicken 165° F |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Mix pulled pork, pepper and onion mix, corn, salsa, seasoning blend, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until peppers are tender and pulled pork is heated through, 18-20 minutes.

    Finish the Dish

    Carefully remove tray from oven.

    Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.

    Fill tortillas with pulled pork mixture, cheese, and sour cream. Top with hot sauce (to taste). Bon appétit!
