Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" dice.
Trim cucumber and thinly slice into rounds.Peel and halve shallot. Slice thinly. -
2 Start the Salad
In a mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, shallots, tomatoes, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Set aside.

3 Roast the Salmon
Pat salmon dry and season flesh side with lemon n herb seasoning.
Place salmon on prepared baking sheet, skin-side down, and top with 1 tsp. olive oil.Roast in hot oven until salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-12 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Transfer to a plate. Let cool, 5-7 minutes.Once cool enough to handle, remove skin and flake into bite-sized pieces.While salmon roasts, continue recipe. -
4 Finish the Salad
Add spring mix and dressing to mixing bowl with vegetables. Gently toss until coated. Set aside.

5 Make Cream Cheese Topping and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, everything bagel blend, and 1 Tbsp. water. Set aside.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping salad with salmon, dollops of cream cheese topping, and capers. Bon appétit!
