Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Roast The Potatoes

    Halve potatoes lengthwise. Toss fingerling potatoes with 2 tsp. olive oil and half the garlic salt on prepared baking sheet. Spread into a single layer and roast until golden brown and fork-tender, 18-20 minutes. While potatoes roast, prepare the ingredients.

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Halve and peel onion. Slice halves into thin strips. Core tomato and cut into ½" rounds

    Cook The Onions

    " Place 2 tsp. olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Add onion and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan and stir occasionally until browned, 10-13 minutes. If pan becomes dry, add water 1 Tbsp. at a time. Remove from burner."

    Cook The Burgers

    Form ground beef and remaining garlic salt into two patties, 5" in diameter. Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side. Top with cheese and cover until melted, 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Reserve pan; wipe clean.

    Toast The Buns and Finish The Dish

    In the same pan over low heat, add the buns cut side down until lightly toasted, 1-2 minutes. Add mayochup evenly to bottom buns, topping with patties, tomato slice, and top bun. Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
