Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Drain black beans.

    Mix corn, black beans, zucchini, 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray until completely combined. Push to one side.

    Make the Meatballs

    Mix ground beef, panko, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper in mixing bowl until completely combined. Form into six equally-sized meatballs.

    Place meatballs in empty side of tray.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Garnish meatballs with salsa verde and vegetables with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
