1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Drain beef and separate slices. In one section of provided tray, combine beef and salsa verde. In empty section, combine corn, cream cheese, a pinch of salt, and 2 tsp. water.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until beef is heated through, 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Stir butter into corn until thoroughly combined.In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix and dressing (to taste). Stem cilantro, reserving leaves whole. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.To serve, fill tortillas with beef and salsa, then corn, slaw, cilantro (to taste), and crispy jalapeños (to taste). 2 Oven Instructions
Turn on oven to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
