Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 25-30 minutes.

1 Start the Vegetables
In a mixing bowl, combine poblanos (to taste), sweet potatoes, chile and cumin rub, 1/2 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Toss gently.
Place vegetable mixture in one provided tray and spread into an even layer. Wipe bowl clean and reserve.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Meatloaves and Corn
In reserved mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, garlic salt, and half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for cream cheese mixture). Stir until thoroughly combined. Form meat mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.
In another mixing bowl, combine half the softened cream cheese (reserve remaining for vegetables) and remaining shredded cheese. Set aside.After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from. Combine vegetables into one tray. Stir in cream base, remaining softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and corn until combined. Spread into an even layer. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil. Place meatloaves in empty tray and evenly top with cream cheese mixture. -
3 Finish the Meal
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, slice meatloaf, if desired. Bon appétit!
