If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using salmon, pat dry. Cook, skin-side up first, in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

If using sliced beef, pat dry, coarsely chop,then separate pieces. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Start the Peppers
Place mixed peppers in provided tray and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt. Spread into a single layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While peppers bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Couscous and Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry. Season all over with a pinch of salt and chimichurri seasoning.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Add couscous, 1 cup water, a pinch of salt, vegetable base, and harissa (use less if spice-averse). Stir until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Evenly top couscous mixture with shrimp. -
3 Prepare Dill and Finish Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until couscous is tender and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, stem and tear dill.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in softened butter until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top couscous with cheese and dill. Bon appétit!
