  1. 1

    Prepare Ingredients and Make Slaw

Separate leaves of lettuce for cups.

    Drain oranges.

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, rice vinegar, slaw, and a pinch of salt.

  2. 2

    Start the Filling

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Add 1 tsp. olive oil and ground pork to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Finish the Filling

Add tonkatsu concentrate, cornstarch, ginger, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Bring to a simmer.

Once simmering, cook until sauce is thickened, 2-3 minutes.

Gently stir oranges into hot pan.

    Remove from burner.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Lettuce Wraps

Place a lettuce cup on a clean work surface (or layer two cups for extra crunch and structural support).

Fill with a few spoonfuls of filling and top with slaw mix.

Repeat for about five more lettuce cups.

  5. 5

    Finish the Dish

Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
