Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Meatloaves
Finely crush crackers.
In a mixing bowl, combine crackers and 2 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.If you receive mini pretzels instead, finely crush half the pretzels (remaining are yours to use as you please!). In a mixing bowl, combine pretzels and 2 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute. Mash pretzels with a fork to break up any remaining larger pieces.After 1 minute, add ground beef, pot roast seasoning, a pinch of salt, and sour cream. Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. Place loaves on one side of prepared baking sheet.Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.Meatloaves will finish cooking in a later step.While meatloaves roast, continue recipe. -
2 Make Glaze and Prepare Broccoli
In another mixing bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Set aside.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven.Place broccoli on empty side of sheet and add 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and garlic and parsley seasoning. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer on their side. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil. -
3 Finish the Meatloaves and Broccoli
Top meatloaves with glaze.
Roast again in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-18 minutes.Carefully remove sheet from oven. -
4 Finish the Dish
To serve, top broccoli with cheese and let melt. Bon appétit!
