If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Add steaks to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Start the Vegetables
Cut potatoes into 2" wedges and pat dry.
Place potato wedges on prepared baking sheet and top with 2 tsp. olive oil, seasoned salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into wedges and spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and push to one third of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use caution.While potato wedges roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Chicken
Combine panko and half the cheese (reserve remaining for topping) on a plate. Spread into an even layer.
Pat chicken dry.Evenly spread mayonnaise on one side of chicken. Place chicken, mayonnaise-side down, onto panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere. -
3 Add the Broccoli and Chicken
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.
Place broccoli in center of baking sheet and evenly top with 2 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Place chicken, panko-side up, on empty side of baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Evenly top with remaining cheese. -
4 Finish Vegetables and Chicken, Make Crema, and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until potatoes and broccoli are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 12-15 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While vegetables and chicken roast, in a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, garlic and parsley seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.Carefully remove sheet from oven. Stir softened butter into broccoli until melted and combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top potato wedges with crema. Bon appétit!
