If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon, pat dry. Add steaks to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Make Miso Butter
Trim green beans, if necessary.
In a mixing bowl, combine miso base and half the softened butter (reserve remaining for sauce). Set aside.Place green beans on one half of prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil. Spread into a single layer on their side.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 2 tsp. olive oil, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for rice), and a pinch of pepper. Place chicken on empty side of sheet. -
2 Roast the Green Beans and Chicken
Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.
Carefully remove sheet from oven. Stir miso butter into green beans until combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Evenly top chicken with half the black pepper sauce (to taste; reserve remaining for sauce). Sheet will be hot! Use caution.Roast again in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-15 minutes.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Carefully remove sheet from oven.While green beans and chicken roast, continue recipe. -
3 Heat the Rice
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
Coarsely crush peanuts.Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine rice and remaining garlic salt. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Stir in white portions of green onions, teriyaki sauce, and peanuts until combined. Fluff rice with a fork. -
4 Heat Sauce and Finish Dish
In another microwave-safe bowl, combine remaining softened butter and remaining black pepper sauce (to taste).
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 45-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.To serve, top chicken with sauce (to taste). Garnish green beans and rice with green portions of green onions. Slice chicken, if desired. Bon appétit!
