To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, roast until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 17-20 minutes.

1 Prepare the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Place green beans on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt. Push to one side of sheet and spread into an even layer on their side. -
2 Add the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko, half the soy sauce (reserve remaining for sauce), and 1 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground pork, minced garlic and chili pepper (use less if spice-averse), and 1/4 tsp. salt.Form mixture into 6 equally-sized meatballs. Place on empty side of sheet. -
3 Roast the Green Beans and Meatballs
Roast in hot oven until green beans are tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
While green beans and meatballs roast, continue recipe. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, half the butter (reserve remaining for green beans), and remaining soy sauce. Microwave uncovered until heated through and butter is melted, 10-15 seconds.
Carefully remove from microwave. Stir to combine and set aside.Trim and thinly slice green onions.Carefully remove sheet from oven. Stir remaining butter, sambal (to taste), and a pinch of salt into green beans.To serve, top meatballs with sauce, sesame seeds, and green onions. Bon appétit!
