Make the Dish
If using microwave: Break up beef and add to provided tray in a single layer. Top with onion, tomatoes, 2 tsp. olive oil, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover tray with a damp paper towel and microwave on high until tomatoes are tender and beef is heated through, 4-6 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add a pinch of salt. Carefully press tomatoes with a fork until they burst and release juices. Stir to combine. In a mixing bowl, stir 1 tsp. water and sour cream until combined. Wrap flatbreads in a damp paper towel and microwave until warmed through, 20-30 seconds. Place beef mixture in flatbreads and top with sour cream mixture, feta, and spring mix. Bon appétit!
If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Break up beef and add beef to provided tray. Top with onion, tomatoes, 2 tsp. olive oil, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Place tray on baking sheet and bake uncovered in hot oven until tomatoes are tender and beef is heated through, 18-20 minutes. Place flatbreads directly on oven rack and heat until warmed through, 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove tray and flatbreads from oven. Add a pinch of salt to tray. Carefully press tomatoes with a fork until they burst and release juices. Stir to combine. Stir 1 tsp. water and sour cream in a mixing bowl until combined. Place beef mixture in flatbreads and top with sour cream mixture, feta, and spring mix. Bon appétit!
