Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add peppers, 1 tsp olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to provided tray. Cook for 10 minutes.

    Add Ingredients

    Remove tray from oven and stir in tomatoes. Push to one side. Add rice, demi, and 1 tsp olive oil to empty side of tray until completely combined. Top tray with shrimp and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Make The Sauce and Finish The Dish

    Add cream base and cajun seasoning to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Remove and stir to combine. Carefully remove tray from oven and top with sauce and crispy peppers.
