Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Microwave Instructions
If you received raw pasta, bring 8 cups water to a boil in a pot. Once boiling, cook until al dente, 8-13 minutes. Remove from burner. Drain pasta in a colander/strainer and set aside.
Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.In provided tray, combine cream base, mirepoix base, garlic pepper, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), and shrimp. Top with spinach and pasta in an even layer. (Add pasta only if you received pre-cooked pasta. If you received raw pasta, please refer above and add boiled pasta.)Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until shrimp and sauce are heated through, 2-3 minutes.While meal heats, halve lemon and juice.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir in 2/3 the mustard (taste, and add remaining, if desired) and 1 tsp. lemon juice.To serve, garnish with remaining cheese and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions

Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection.Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.In provided tray, combine cream base, mirepoix base, garlic pepper, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), and shrimp. Top with spinach and pasta in an even layer. (Add pasta only if you received pre-cooked pasta. If you received raw pasta, please refer above and add boiled pasta.)Cover tray with foil. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until shrimp and pasta are heated through, 15-20 minutes.While meal heats, halve lemon and juice.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in 2/3 the mustard (taste, and add remaining, if desired) and 1 tsp. lemon juice.To serve, garnish with remaining cheese and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
