Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Mix cream cheese, mirepoix base, 1¼ cups water, orzo, and garlic salt in provided tray.
Add spinach and broccoli and press gently to partially submerge. Top with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the Shrimp
Top with shrimp in a single layer.
Finish the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir in butter and lemon juice until creamy. Garnish with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
