Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

Add protein to meal as desired.

1 Toast the Panko
Combine panko, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil on a microwave-safe plate.
Microwave until golden-brown and toasted, 1-2 minutes, stirring once halfway through.Carefully remove from microwave.While panko microwaves, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Halve tomatoes. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.
Thinly slice garlic. -
3 Cook the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add tomatoes, garlic, corn, and potato spice seasoning to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tomatoes begin to release juices, 3-5 minutes. -
4 Add Pasta and Finish Dish
Add mirepoix base, 1/2 cup water, spinach, pasta, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir occasionally until spinach has wilted and water is mostly evaporated, 3-5 minutes.Remove from burner and stir in Sicilian sauce (to taste) and half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) until melted and combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with remaining cheese and toasted panko.
