1 Prepare The Ingredients and Roast The Sweet Potatoes
Cut mushrooms into 1/4" slices. (Time: 1:26)
Halve sweet potato and cut each half into 1/2" wedges.Trim zucchini ends and slice into 1/2" rounds.Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp olive oil.half the garlic salt and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasoning into potatoes. Spread into a single layer and roast in hot oven until tender, 18-20 minutes. Potatoes will finish in a later step.While potatoes cook, prepare steak. -
2 Cook The Steak
Pat steaks dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.
"Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.Add steaks to hot pan, and cook until browned and steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Transfer steaks to a plate; wipe clean. -
3 Roast The Zuchinni
Place zucchini on half of prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, remaining garlic salt, and Parmesan. Massage oil, seasoning and cheese into zucchini. Spread into a single flat layer next to the sweet potatoes. Roast in hot oven until zucchini is tender, 8-10 minutes. Top with bread crumbs

4 Finish The Sweet Potatoes and Make The Sauce
Transfer cooked sweet potatoes to a bowl. Toss with butter and rosemary.
In the same pan used to cook the steak, add 2 tsp olive oil, mushrooms, and a pinch of salt and pepper over medium high heat. Cook until browned, 4-5 minutes.Add cream cheese and 1/4 cup water. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. -
5 Finish The Dish
