If using chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon or N.Y. strip steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Cook the Steaks
Pat steaks dry and season both sides with steak seasoning and a pinch of salt.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.Add steaks to hot pan, and cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Remove from burner. Transfer steaks to a plate and cover with foil. Rest, 3 minutes.Wipe pan clean and reserve.While steaks cook, continue recipe. -
2 Make the Mashed Potatoes
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add mashed potatoes (no need to drain), cream cheese, and buttermilk-dill seasoning to hot, dry pan. Stir vigorously until cream cheese is fully incorporated and water has evaporated, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Cover pan and set aside.While potatoes cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Green Beans
Return pan used to cook steaks to medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans to hot pan and stir occasionally, 1 minute.
Add 1/4 cup water, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover and cook until green beans are tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Uncover, and drain any excess liquid. Stir in onion jam until beans are coated.Remove from burner. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping steak with butter. Bon appétit!
