Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using 20 oz. steak strips, follow same instructions as 10 oz. steak strips, working in batches if necessary. You may have leftover filling.

1 Roast the Fries
Stem and mince rosemary.
Cut potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry. Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 25-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.Carefully remove from oven and immediately toss with 1/2 tsp. rosemary.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Toast the Buns
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add buns, cut-side down, to hot pan and toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean. -
3 Prepare the Steak Strips
Pat steak strips dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces.

4 Cook the Steak Strips
Return pan used to toast buns to medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add steak strips, 1/4 tsp. salt, and half the garlic pepper (reserve remaining for sauce) to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes.
Remove from burner.Evenly distribute cheese over steak strips and let melt. Cover with a lid, if necessary. -
5 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine crème fraîche, horseradish sauce (to taste), remaining garlic pepper, and 2 tsp. water. Set aside.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with steak strip mixture, sauce (to taste), crispy onions, arugula, and top bun. Bon appétit!
