1 Start the Mac N Cheese
Coarsely tear cheese.
In provided tray, combine cream base, cheese, pasta, and a pinch of salt. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 5 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir to combine and push pasta to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
2 Add Brisket and Finish Mac N Cheese
Drain brisket and separate slices.
Place brisket in empty side of tray and stir in BBQ sauce until coated. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until pasta and brisket are heated through, 20-25 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While mac and cheese and brisket bake, continue recipe. -
3 Assemble Slaw and Finish Meal
Trim and thinly slice green onions.
In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, mayonnaise, dressing, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and half the green onions (reserve remaining for garnish).To serve, top brisket with remaining green onions. Bon appétit!
