Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using pork chops, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 23-27 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes.
Combine corn, rice, cheese sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Push to one side. -
Add the Chicken
Combine mayonnaise and green hatch chiles in a mixing bowl.
Pat chicken dry, and place in empty side of tray. Top evenly with hatch chile-mayonnaise mixture, then shredded cheese. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-24 minutes.
If cheese browns too fast, cover with foil.Carefully remove tray from oven. Rest chicken, at least 5 minutes. Garnish rice with crispy tortillas. Bon appétit!
