To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain pulled pork and separate pieces.In one provided tray, combine corn, peppers, cream base, cream cheese, shredded cheese, chile and cumin rub, 1/4 tsp. salt, pasta, and 1/4 cup water. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.Microwave uncovered until cheese melts, 4-6 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and stir until sauce is smooth and combined. Rest, 3 minutes.In second provided tray, combine pulled pork, 1/4 tsp. salt, BBQ sauce, and 1/4 cup water.Cover tray with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until pork is heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.To serve, top pasta with BBQ pulled pork. Bon appétit!
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain pulled pork and separate pieces.In one provided tray, combine corn, peppers, cream base, cream cheese, shredded cheese, chile and cumin rub, 1/4 tsp. salt, pasta, and 1/4 cup water. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.In second provided tray, combine pork, 1/4 tsp. salt, BBQ sauce, and 1/4 cup water. Cover both trays with foil.Place both trays on a baking sheet. Bake both trays covered in hot oven until cheese is melted and pulled pork is heated through, 18-20 minutes.Carefully remove both trays from oven. Uncover both trays and stir to combine. Rest, 3 minutes.To serve, top pasta with BBQ pulled pork. Bon appétit!
