If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Stem cilantro.
Trim ends off snow peas.Pat pork medallions dry. Season all over with Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse) and a pinch of salt. -
2 Cook the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add carrots to hot pan and stir often until slightly browned, 4-6 minutes.
And snow peas and garlic salt. Stir occasionally, 1 minute.Add 1/4 cup water and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer.Once simmering, cover and stir occasionally until water is almost completely evaporated and vegetables are tender, 3-4 minutes.Uncover and stir in miso base and half the butter (reserve remaining for sauce) until combined, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Pork Medallions
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork medallions to hot pan. Cook until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Medallion thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner medallion, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine apricot preserves and remaining butter.
Microwave uncovered until butter is melted, 30-45 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in Sriracha (to taste) and a pinch of salt until combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork medallions with sauce (to taste). Top vegetables with sesame seeds and garnish dish with cilantro. Bon appétit!
