Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

1 Start the Vegetables
In provided tray, combine broccoli, pepper and onion mix, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Cover tray with foil.
Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in chimichurri seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined. Push vegetables to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
2 Add the Chicken
Tear spinach.
In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, softened goat cheese, softened creme fraiche, a pinch of pepper, and 2 tsp. water. Set aside.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with garlic and parsley seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt.Place chicken in empty side of tray and evenly top with spinach mixture. Tray will be hot! Use caution. -
3 Finish the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven and stir butter into vegetables. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Bon appétit!
