Cooking Guidelines

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Using hands, tear spinach into smaller pieces.
Divide spinach and 2 Tbsp. water between both provided trays. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave covered until wilted, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Divide pasta, onion salt, cream cheese, Bolognese, and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish) between both trays. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats. Stir to combine. Cover trays with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Add 1/4tsp. salt and a pinch pepper to both trays and stir to combine.In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta and chimichurri seasoning.To serve, dollop ricotta mixture over both trays and garnish with remaining Parmesan. 2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Using hands, tear spinach into smaller pieces.

Divide pasta, onion salt, cream cheese, Bolognese, and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish) between both trays. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats. Stir to combine. Cover trays with foil. Place trays on a baking sheet. Bake again covered in hot oven until warmed through, 13-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Add 1/4tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper to both trays and stir to combine.In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta and chimichurri seasoning.To serve, dollop ricotta mixture over both trays and garnish with remaining Parmesan.
