You Will Need
Large Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Place red onion in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave until softened, 1-2 minutes.
While onions microwave, core tomato and cut into ½" dice.
Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry. Coarsely chop.
Cook the Steak Strips
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil, microwaved onions, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until slightly caramelized, 2-4 minutes.
Add steak strips to hot pan. Stir occasionally until onions are caramelized, no pink remains on steak, and steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes.
Stir in demi-glace and 1 Tbsp. water. Bring to a simmer. Once simmering, remove from burner.
While steak cooks, toast flatbreads.
Toast the Flatbreads
Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet, flat side up. Place baking sheet under hot broiler. Broil until beginning to brown around edges, 1-2 minutes.
Keep an eye on oven as flatbreads may burn easily under broiler.
Assemble Flatbread and Finish Dish
Top flatbreads with tomatoes and steak strip mixture. Top with cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, drizzling with tzatziki dip and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
