To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Roast the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into 1/4" rounds and pat dry.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and half the garlic pepper (reserve remaining for broccoli). Spread into a single layer (some overlap is OK), then evenly top with half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish).Roast in hot oven until tender and browned, 25-30 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Mince garlic. -
3 Cook the Steaks
Pat steaks dry and season both sides with garlic salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Working in batches if necessary, add steaks to hot pan. Cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 3-4 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While steaks cook, continue recipe. -
4 Cook the Broccoli
Place another medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add broccoli and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes.Uncover and add garlic, a pinch of salt, and remaining garlic pepper. Stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.While broccoli cooks, continue recipe. -
5 Make Red Pepper Butter and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, pesto, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping steak with red pepper butter. Garnish broccoli with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
