Pat pork dry and season on both sides with ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil.

    For a Rainy Day...

If cooking indoors, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, seasoning blend, chicken demi-glace, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Place broccoli mixture on prepared baking sheet and spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven until tender, 14-16 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese. While broccoli roasts, pat pork chops dry and season both sides with ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Place pork chops in hot pan and cook until golden brown and chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side. Remove to a plate and top with pesto. Follow same plating instructions.
