  • 5 oz. Frozen Corn
  • 2 oz. Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
  • 2 oz. Baby Spinach
  • 1½ oz. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp. Lemon N Herb Seasoning

  • Salt
  • 1 Large Pot
  • 1 Plate
  • 1 Colander/Strainer

Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

  • If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

    Cook Pasta and Prepare Spinach

    Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 11-13 minutes.

    Remove from burner. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta cooking water.

    Drain pasta in a colander/strainer and set aside. Wipe pot clean and reserve.

    While pasta cooks, coarsely chop spinach.

    Toast the Panko

    Line a plate with a paper towel.

    Return pot used to cook pasta to medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Add panko to hot pot and stir occasionally until golden-brown and toasted, 1-2 minutes.

    Transfer panko to towel-lined plate and stir in lemon n herb seasoning until combined. Keep pot over medium heat; no need to wipe clean.

    Cook the Sausage

    Add 2 tsp. olive oil and Italian sausage to hot pot. Break into smaller pieces until no pink remains and sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

    Add the Vegetables

    Add corn, spinach, and a pinch of salt to hot pot. Stir often until corn is heated through and spinach is wilted, 2-3 minutes.

    Add Sauce and Pasta and Finish Dish

    Add cream base, pesto, 1/4 cup reserved pasta cooking water, pasta, and cheese to hot pot. Stir often until combined and pasta is heated through, 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with toasted panko. Bon appétit!
