  • 2 Butter Crackers
  • 2 tsp. Cornstarch
  • ½ tsp. Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

    Start Cauliflower and Prepare Ingredients

    Break cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

    Place cauliflower in provided tray. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and garlic salt. Spread into a single layer.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    While cauliflower bakes, finely crush crackers.

    Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until melted, 20-30 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave.

    Pat chicken dry and season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning.

    After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven.

    Add Chicken and Bake Meal

    Push cauliflower to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Add chicken to empty side of tray. Evenly top with butter, then crackers, pressing gently to adhere. Tray will be hot! Use caution. Wipe butter bowl clean and reserve.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until cauliflower is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    While meal bakes, continue recipe.

    Make Crema, Make Sauce, and Finish Meal

    In reserved microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, creme fraiche, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Microwave uncovered until cheeses are melted, 45-60 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine. Set aside.

    In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, 1/3 cup water, chicken base, and a pinch of pepper. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 1-2 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.

    If too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

    To serve, top chicken with sauce. Garnish cauliflower with crema. Bon appétit!
