  • If using ground turkey, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 11-13 minutes.

  • If using Impossible burger, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until Impossible burger reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 12-15 minutes.

  1. 1

    Form the Meatballs

Crush crackers until consistency of breadcrumbs.

In a mixing bowl, combine crushed crackers and 1 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.

After 1 minute, add ground pork, 1/4 tsp. salt, half the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for green beans), and sambal (use less if spice-averse) until thoroughly combined. Form mixture into eight evenly-sized meatballs.

  2. 2

    Cook the Meatballs

Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add meatballs to hot pan, cover, and roll occasionally until browned all over and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 8-10 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    While meatballs cook, continue recipe.

  3. 3

    Cook the Green Beans

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans and diced peppers to hot pan and cook, 1 minute.

Add 1/4 cup water, 1/4 tsp. salt, half the reserved Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste; reserve remaining for later in the step), and a pinch of pepper. Cover and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes.

If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.

Remove from burner. Stir in remaining Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste).

While green beans cook, continue recipe.

  4. 4

    Make Sauce and Finish Dish

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine orange ginger sesame sauce (to taste) and pineapples. Cover with a damp paper towel.

Microwave covered until sauce is heated through, 30-60 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with sauce and garnishing with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
