Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. Reserve lid. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine broccoli, red bell pepper, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and garlic salt in provided tray. Push to one side. -
2 Make the Meatballs
On reserved lid, combine ground turkey, panko, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form into eight equally-sized meatballs.
Place meatballs in empty side of tray. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Top meatballs with sauce, and top vegetables with peanuts. Bon appétit!
