If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Core tomato and coarsely chop.
Cut pepperoni into thin strips.Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Place pepperoni on towel-lined plate and spread into an even layer.Microwave until heated through and crispy, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave.Pat pork chops dry. Season both sides with garlic pepper and a pinch of salt. -
2 Cook the Pork Chops
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
Add pork chops to hot pan. Cook until golden-brown and chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork chops cook, continue recipe. -
3 Assemble the Salad
In a mixing bowl, combine spring mix, tomatoes, banana peppers (to taste), cheese, and dressing. Toss to coat. Set aside.

4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine honey, mustard (to taste), and butter. Microwave uncovered until butter is melted, 20-30 seconds.
Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork chop with sauce. Garnish salad with crispy pepperoni and croutons. Slice pork chop, if desired. Bon appétit!
