Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Throughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine rice, edamame, fajita mix, soy sauce, coconut flakes, 2 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Spread into an even layer. -
Add the Shrimp
Top rice with shrimp in a single layer.
If using 16 oz shrimp or jumbo shrimp, follow same instructions. -
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 18-20 minutes.
