To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Bake the Vegetables
Prick potatoes all over with a fork.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine potatoes and 2 tsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered, 3 minutes.Carefully remove bowl from microwave.Transfer potatoes to one provided tray and combine with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, Brussels sprouts, and bacon. Spread into an even layer. Wipe bowl clean and reserve.Bake uncovered in hot oven until potatoes are tender, 20-25 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper (reserve a pinch for glaze), and 1/4 tsp. salt. Place chicken in second provided tray.

3 Bake Meal, Make Fig Glaze, and Finish Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, add butter to reserved microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until melted, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove bowl from microwave. Add fig spread and reserved garlic pepper. Stir until combined.Carefully remove both trays from oven.To serve, top chicken with fig glaze. Garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
